Week no. 23

As it is said later better than never :P here is my next post :)

In the last post I have mentioned my stomach issues, and I must say it is not getting to normal, but even worse.. Feels like I am not able to eat anything proper and have to be really careful what I combine with.

The upcoming weeks to do list is to visit doctors and take care of this "FUN"!

Yes exactly, it is no fun, but what can we do.. Either is it stress from all the training and working or my stomach is not happy about GLUTEN..

Concerning training I stay strong, use more replacements to get protein and energy into my body. Thanks that this still works and I can concentrate on my next race !!!
